RUconnection Card - Information for Retirees

The Retiree RUconnection Card provides access to libraries, recreational facilities, and RU Express accounts.

To obtain your Retiree RUconnection Card, your former department must enter your retired status into the HCM system upon your retirement. Please contact UHR Operations at 848-932-3020 to confirm that your retired status has been entered in the HCM system.  Once your retired status is confirmed, you may obtain your Retiree RUconnection card by bringing your current RUconnection Card, and photo driver's license or passport, to University Human Resources, ASB II, George H. Cook Campus.

Retiree RUconnection Cards cannot be issued prior to the retired status appearing in the HCM system, nor can UHR accept a letter from the head of your former department in lieu of this confirmation. If your retiree status has not been entered or if you retired prior to 1999, you may contact the HCM Unit of University Human Resources for assistance
