Class 3 and Class 4 Employees - Transition Process
Transitioning Current Class 4 Employees:
The new Class 3 and Class 4 Employment Policy,60.1.5 will be in effect on January 1, 2012. This policy replaces the Type 4 Employment Policy, 60.1.5. The implementation of the new policy will require all departments with Class 4 employees to transition these employees to a new employment status. In order to facilitate this process, the HR consultants and the HR offices in Camden and Newark will work closely with you to determine your transition plan.
